US orders: $10 flat-rate shipping below $150. Free US shipping on orders of $150 or more. United Kingdom orders: $50 flat-rate shipping.

Holdland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact FedEx or your local post office (refer to your tracking number to determine which delivery service to contact). Or if you purchased Route insurance, refer to your Route email confirmation with instructions on filing a claim.

If your order fully processed, you will receive an email from Holdland confirming your purchase along with order details. Please make sure to double check your info when checking out so the order confirmation email and product go to the right places. Please allow 2-4 days for fulfillment to be completed. If you do need to make changes to an order, please email customer service as quickly as possible.  Please be aware that any order changes may not be fully completed if your order has already been fulfilled. For customer protection, Holdland will not be able to add or remove any items from an order that has already been processed. If you are wanting to add an item you missed, you will need to place a separate order for that item. All warehouse sale purchases are final.

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 2-4 business days for your item(s) to ship. This means after your order is placed, it will be sent out in 2-4 business days, then location will determine the amount of shipping days. Typically, US orders take an estimated 3-8 business days shipping. International - Canada is estimated 3-8 business days. All other international, estimated 8-21 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Once your purchase ships, you will receive tracking information by email to the email used to place order. US orders ship USPS or FedEx. International orders ship DHL, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.
