Shipping & Return Policy
Holdland is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact FedEx or your local post office (refer to your tracking number to determine which delivery service to contact). Or if you purchased Route insurance, refer to your Route email confirmation with instructions on filing a claim.
If your order fully processed, you will receive an email from Holdland confirming your purchase along with order details. Please make sure to double check your info when checking out so the order confirmation email and product go to the right places. Please allow 2-4 days for fulfillment to be completed. If you do need to make changes to an order, please email customer service as quickly as possible. Please be aware that any order changes may not be fully completed if your order has already been fulfilled. For customer protection, Holdland will not be able to add or remove any items from an order that has already been processed. If you are wanting to add an item you missed, you will need to place a separate order for that item. Any item not wanted can be returned through our standard return process.
Please allow 2-4 business days for your item(s) to ship. This means after your order is placed, it will be sent out in 2-4 business days, then location will determine the amount of shipping days. Typically, US orders take an estimated 3-8 business days shipping. International - Canada is estimated 3-8 business days. All other international, estimated 8-21 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Once your purchase ships, you will receive tracking information by email to the email used to place order. US orders ship USPS or FedEx. International orders ship DHL, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail.

Merchandise may be returned as long as we receive it within 30 days of purchase and you have the following:
● Unused Merchandise: No visible damaged of use.
● Original Email Confirmation as proof of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase or your item has been used, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy requirements. If the item is used, we will reject the return/refund and will send the used item(s) back to you.
In the event that your purchase does not exceed your expectations, please email us within 30 days of purchase at email@example.com for a return authorization.
Once authorized, we will email you a Holdland return slip and return label. Items must be unused and include: All inserts, dividers and any part that was included in purchase. The customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping charges. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.
Once our warehouse has received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 3-5 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.
We do not accept exchanges. If you want to change the color or product on an order, you will need to purchase the new item(s) you want to guarantee availability. Then email our customer service team to initiate a return on any unused items at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure to read our return policy.
